The Holy Qur’an is the holy book of Islam, and it is the word of God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. The Holy Qur’an contains 114 surahs (chapters), and was revealed over a period of 23 years, starting in the year 610 AD, until the death of the Prophet Muhammad in the year 632 AD.

The Holy Qur’an is considered the most widely read and widely read book in the world. It contains religious, moral, social and political teachings and rulings, and is considered a guide for man in his life in this world and the afterlife.

The Holy Quran is recited daily by Muslims in their five daily prayers, and is taught and studied in Islamic schools, universities, mosques and cultural centres.
